PUBLIC NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE MAINE EMS RULES
CHAPTER 3, SEC. 5.1.C.1
United Ambulance Service, a Maine Corporation operating from locations in Auburn, Bridgton, Denmark, Greene, Lewiston, Mechanic Falls, Minot, Sabattus, and Sweden is making application to Maine EMS for the purpose of adding the Town of Wales to the primary coverage area. Under this license United Ambulance Service will provide Paramedic level services for all emergency transports and non-emergency transports as required by Maine EMS Rules. Public comment to Maine EMS is invited and must be received no later than 30 days from the date of this notice. Please forward comments to Maine EMS-152 State House Station, Augusta, Me. 04330. Note: this notice was posted beginning on January 20, 2014 and notification of Maine EMS must occur before February 18, 2014.
